Horoscope Baby’s Frequently Asked Questions…

Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions…

What are the shipping costs and options?

We offer free standard postage on all of our products Australia wide. Express Post is available for an additional charge which is calculated during check-out.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. As we do not require a signature upon delivery, we are able to post items to PO Boxes within Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to offer international shipping on all products except our framed prints. Please email with your address details for a confirmed shipping quote before placing your order.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours.  Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

All customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times can vary according to your location. Items being shipped to domestic Metro locations should arrive within 1-2 business days.  Items being shipped to locations outside of the Metro area may take up to 7 days to arrive.

Express Post orders placed before 11am to Metro areas should be received the next day.  Next day delivery to locations outside of the Metro area cannot be guaranteed.

International orders can take up to 21 days depending on your location, although we find many customers receive their parcels in no more than 5 business days.

Is a signature required?

No, we use the standard Australia Post service, which does not require a signature.

Can I track my parcel?

All orders for Onesies and Framed Prints can be tracked using the Auspost website.  You will receive a unique tracking number once your order has shipped.  

Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and there will be a charge for re-delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and Mastercard or Visa payments via Paypal (please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card).

Do you offer returns/exchanges/refunds?

At Horoscope Baby our philosophy is simple - if you’re happy, we’re happy!

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products as well as our exceptional customer service and want to ensure that your experience with Horoscope Baby is a very positive one. For these reasons, we are happy to offer our Returns & Exchanges Policy as outlined below.

Faulty or Damaged items

Whilst it is unlikely, in the event that your goods are damaged or faulty (i.e. the Wall Art, photo frame or Onesie has a defect) when you receive them, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit or full refund. Please note: faults do not include differences in colour as fabric and print colours may vary slightly from those viewed on a computer screen.

If your item is faulty or damaged, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused, in original condition (including all packaging and labels)*.

*We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange where the returned goods do not meet these requirements.  

Incorrect items

All of our orders are thoroughly checked before being sent however mistakes can happen! If you receive an incorrect item (i.e. not the item you ordered), we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Should you wish to return any part of your order, the goods must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date and must be unwashed, unworn, unused, in original condition (including all packaging and labels)*.  The customer is responsible for all postage charges.  When returning goods, a credit for the amount paid for the original goods, an alternative item or a refund will be offered.

*We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange where the returned goods do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us immediately so that we can check stock availability. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date and must be unwashed, unworn, unused, in original condition (including all packaging and labels)*.  When exchanging goods, the customer is responsible for all postage charges.  For items that cannot be replaced due to stock being unavailable, a credit for the amount paid for the original goods, an alternative item or a refund will be offered.

*We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange where the returned goods do not meet these requirements.
